No call centre, no subcontractors, no different crew turning up than the one you spoke to. You book us, you get us.
Why we started this
We started MT Removals because too many people get quoted one price and charged another. Between us we’ve spent years shifting heavy, awkward things around building sites and houses, so a sofa up a stairwell holds no fear. We wanted to run the kind of outfit we’d want to book ourselves: turns up when it says it will, quotes a price and sticks to it.
How we work
Fixed prices. The quote is the price. We don’t start the clock and hope.
We turn up. If we say 8am we’re there at 8am, and we ring if traffic says otherwise.
We treat it like ours. Blankets on everything, straps on the big stuff, boots off indoors.
We say no sometimes. If a job needs a bigger crew than two, we’ll tell you rather than wing it.
